Strategic Design LT 1.1 – Customer Profile

In this lesson task we had to create two customer profiles for a fictional fitness coaching brand. The customer profiles act as representations of imagined customers, and is a great tool to narrow the focus down to specific target groups.

The most important points to include in the customer profiles I found to be Needs, Motivation and Goals — the customer’s reason to buy a product or use a service.
